Our beef cattle spend the first year of their lives with their mothers in suckler herds before moving to our new roundhouse that provides 5 star beef rearing accommodation for cattle. 

Relaxed, stress free conditions make for superb beef that we mature on the bone for 4 weeks to ensure tenderness and taste. 

It’s not the cheapest way to rear beef cattle, but it is the best and this is reflected on the plate.
