Our Lambs spend their lives grazing contentedly on the rich pastures around Cannon Hall Farm providing delicious meat with a real depth of flavour.

Lamb is best married to strong flavours, so slices of garlic and rosemary sprigs inserted into small incisions in a leg of lamb are one simple way to a winning result.

Middle eastern spices complement lamb wonderfully too; a fragrant mix of lemon, cumin and chilli works beautifully.
